Spancer and his best friend Rack went checking in an avarage police day for some interdimensional criminals, and thought they saw some reading on that nearby island. When checking the surroundings, Spancer got knocked out in a cave, and Rack got killed while trying to itch himself as he had been injected by the Itchmaker.
